Zubereitung
Zubereitung Grillgemüse
Für das Grillgemüse zuerst alle Zutaten gut waschen. Dann die Zucchini in Scheiben schneiden und die Paprika achteln. Die Aubergine je nach Größe in mundgerechte Scheiben schneiden. Für die Marinade die Kräuter sehr fein hacken und mit Öl und Essig mischen. Diesen Mix über das Gemüse geben und gut einmassieren. Die fertige Marinade für mindestens 30 Minuten einziehen lassen.
Das Gemüse dann portionsweise in eine Grillschale geben oder direkt auf den Grill legen. So nun 10 bis 15 Minuten grillen, bis das Gemüse die gewünschte Farbe erreicht.
