Für das Bresso Mini-Sandwich zunächst die Paprika in feine Streifen schneiden. Basilikum hacken. Beides in einer Schale mit Olivenöl, Salz und Pfeffer mischen. Den Parmaschinken halbieren und mit der marinierten Paprika zu festen Röllchen aufrollen.

Aus jedem Toastbrot zwei kleine Kreise schneiden und kurz toasten. Untere Hälfte des Mini-Sandwichs mit einem Schinken-Paprika-Röllchen belegen, deckeln und mit einem BRESSO Frischkäsehäppchen belegen.
Tipp:
Stecken Sie für besseren Halt einen Zahnstocher durch das Mini-Sandwich.
