Aus Mehl, Haselnüssen, Salz, Butter und Wasser einen Mürbeteig herstellen, in Folie wickeln und 20 Minuten kühl ruhen lassen.

Backofen auf 170 °C vorheizen. 8 Förmchen mit Butter ausstreichen. Teig ausrollen. Teigstücke etwas größer als die Förmchen ausstechen und in die Förmchen legen. Je 2 EL Kirschkonfitüre in die Törtchen geben. Im Backofen bei ca. 20 Minuten backen.

Für die pikante Füllung: Géramont in Würfel schneiden, Pinienkerne leicht rösten, Kräuter waschen und fein hacken. Alles miteinander vermengen, mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Haselnuss-Kirsch-Törtchen etwas auskühlen lassen und mit dem angemachten Käse füllen. Die pikanten Törtchen kalt servieren.
