Für die Gemüsemischung Pico de Gallo zunächst Zwiebel schälen und feinwürfeln. Paprika und Cocktailtomaten abwaschen und kleinschneiden. Alles in eine Schüssel geben. Mais, Salz, Pfeffer und Essig hinzugeben. Alles gut mischen und etwas durchziehen lassen.

Avocado schälen, entkernen und in Scheiben schneiden.

Tacos großzügig mit dem luftigen HOPE Natur Aufstrich bestreichen.

Die Tacos nun weiter befüllen mit den Avocado Scheiben und der Pico de Gallo, abschließend ein paar Blätter Koriander darüberstreuen.
