In einer Schüssel Agavendicksaft mit Senf verrühren. Gurken in Scheiben schneiden. Salatblätter waschen und trocken schütteln.

Bagel belegen. Hierfür Bagel aufschneiden und beide Hälften großzügig mit HOPE cremiger Aufstrich bestreichen. Die unteren Hälften mit Salat, Gurken, Sprossen und Kapern belegen. Mit Senf-Sauce beträufeln. Obere Hälften auf den Bagel setzen.
Tipp:
Den veganen Cream Bagel kannst du auch super mittnehmen. Dafür einfach in Butterbrotpapier wickeln.
